"In elite sport, milliseconds can decide the next big step."

Jan knows exactly what that means: he once missed qualification for the U20 World Championships in Chile by just 0.01 seconds. His sporting journey began on the football pitch and as a handball goalkeeper in a district selection team, before he chose athletics at the age of 14. As a former member of the German national squad, German U18 runner-up and fourth-place finisher in the U20 national 110 m hurdles championships, he knows the level at which details decide success. The 12-time Hessian champion now applies that experience as an athletic development and fitness coach in senior Oberliga handball and in training young track and field athletes. His professional background as a sports camera operator also gives the team a trained eye for movement. His vision for EVALYTE: "No talent should slip through the net."

This belief has been with Peter since childhood. As a long-time amateur footballer and dedicated youth coach, he knows first-hand how important team spirit, strategy and targeted support are at grassroots level. He is passionate about helping young players develop technically and tactically while building their confidence and motivation. Peter's experience with young talent shows that lasting success comes from combining a drive to perform with enjoyment of the game. That philosophy is at the heart of the EVALYTE community.

Oliver brings more than 20 years of experience in competitive handball to the team. As a C-licence coach trained in children's handball, he focuses on age-appropriate, playful coaching grounded in strong values. He has also coached children's football for years and holds the relevant coaching qualifications. Enjoyment of movement and the development of team spirit are central to his work. At EVALYTE, Oliver makes sure each child's individual development comes first and that sports coaching rests on a sound educational foundation.
